Regular weekly sessions and classes are held at different venues around Canberra. Classes cater for all levels of fitness and abilities (see details below). Some classes, and combinations of classes can be taken free of charge as part of individual one-on-one personal training and individual rehabilitation sessions.

This class is suitable for all levels – beginners through to advanced. The class includes joint mobility warm up, core strength work, floor work, and effective stretch work.

This three part class is designed for all fitness levels. 30 minutes of strength, 30 minutes of mobility and 30 minutes of stretching - using a variety of techniques and equipment.
