Strength and Flexibility Canberra is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and maintaining a lifestyle of health and vitality. You can work with Ben individually, in pairs, at the gym, outdoors, or in groups and classes. The training gym is located at the ANU, but Ben also provides in-home sessions in the Canberra area. All individual programs are tailored to suit your level of fitness and particular requirements and goals.
